This specially formulated 100% acrylic primer prepares exterior surfaces for finish coats while helping to neutralize tannin and sugar bleed stains from woods, rust from nail heads and water soluble stains from concrete and masonry. It provides maximum breathability, adhesion, mildew and alkalai resistance and holdout to prolong the life of the finish.

Pacific^® Latex Primer

This acrylic latex primer has been formulated for use on new or unpainted wood, bare concrete and masonry surfaces. This flexible breather type primer may be topcoated with conventional latex or alkyd-oil house paints.

ProPaint^® Waterborne Masonry Sealer

ProPaint Waterborne Masonry Sealer is a highly alkalai resistant coating which dries to a clear film.  It can be used to seal previously painted or new masonry surfaces. Concrete floors that are to be topcoated with alkyd, urethane or latex finishes can be primed with this conditioning sealer.
